1. What is Pharmacist Botanicals?
Pharmacist Botanicals is a minimalist supplement brand grounded in pharmacist standards. Every formula is intentionally simple, filler-free, and supported by transparent ingredient sourcing and verification.
2. Are your supplements pharmacist-formulated?
Yes. All formulations are developed with pharmacist oversight, including ingredient selection, dosage evaluation, and safety considerations. Our approach prioritizes clarity, simplicity, and clean-label formulation.
3. Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Finished products undergo third-party testing to verify ingredient identity, purity, and quality, including screening for microbials and heavy metals.
4. Where are your supplements made?
All products are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities.
5. Do your supplements contain fillers or artificial additives?
No. Our formulas are intentionally minimal and free from fillers, artificial colors, artificial flavors, and unnecessary additives.
6. Why haven’t supplements worked for me in the past?
Results can vary due to differences in formulation quality, ingredient sourcing, and whether products are properly tested to verify ingredient identity and dosage accuracy. Not all supplements are formulated or verified to the same standards.
7. Are your supplements vegan?
Most products are vegan-friendly. Please refer to individual product pages for capsule type and specific ingredient details.
8. Can I take your supplements with other vitamins or medications?
Always consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist for personalized guidance. We do not provide individualized medical advice.
9. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Additional regions may be added in the future.
10. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day first purchase guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the eligible item’s product price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of opened supplements. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).
11. What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items?
Contact us at support@pharmacistbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery (or within 7 days of the delivery scan date if marked delivered but not received). Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and shipping box/packaging (if applicable). Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
12. Are your supplements FDA-approved?
Dietary supplements are not FDA-approved. Our products comply with FDA regulations for manufacturing and labeling.
13. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
