Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing includes order review, quality checks, packing, and preparation for carrier pickup by our U.S.-based manufacturing partner.

Shipping Time (United States)

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email, but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us at support@pharmacistbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan date.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and the shipping box/packaging (if damaged). After review, approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
