Some products in our store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription purchases can be managed, paused, or canceled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each subscription order unless you choose to pause or cancel.
How to Pause, Change, or Cancel
To pause, change, or cancel your subscription, please email support@pharmacistbotanicals.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment. Requests received after this time may apply to the following order.
Orders Already Processed
Once a subscription order has been processed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
