Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Each order undergoes careful review and quality checks by our U.S.-based manufacturing partner prior to shipment to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to our standards.


Shipping times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email, but are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery time after shipment (United States): 2–4 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.


Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us at support@pharmacistbotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and shipping box/packaging (if damaged)

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. The 7-day timeframe is for reporting shipping-related issues and does not change our 30-day return eligibility for unopened, sealed items.


Returns & refunds

30-day first purchase guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a Pharmacist Botanicals supplement, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the eligible item’s product price. Shipping charges are not refundable. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened supplements.

Bundle purchases (24-Hour Calm Routine):
If your first purchase is the 24-Hour Calm Routine bundle, the guarantee covers one bottle from the bundle (your choice) for a refund of that bottle’s product price.

Returns (unopened items):
Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to start a return or guarantee request:
Email support@pharmacistbotanicals.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.


International shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
