At Pharmacist Botanicals, we want you to feel confident trying our products.

30-Day First Purchase Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a Pharmacist Botanicals supplement, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price for the eligible item.

Eligibility and limits:

• Applies to first-time purchases (one guarantee redemption per customer/household).
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened supplements.
• We may request your order number and a brief reason for your request to help us improve.

Bundle purchases (24-Hour Calm Routine):
If your first purchase is the 24-Hour Calm Routine bundle, the guarantee covers one bottle from the bundle (your choice) for a refund of that bottle’s product price.

Returns (Unopened Items)

Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Damaged or incorrect items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can verify the issue and resolve it quickly. This 7-day time-frame is for reporting problems and does not change our 30-day return window for unopened, sealed items.

Refund Timing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
