Stress Balance: one bottle of 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 650 mg organic ashwagandha root and 5 mg organic black pepper fruit. A 30-day supply at two capsules daily.
Restorative Sleep Complex: one bottle of 60 capsules. Four botanical extracts, GABA, L-tryptophan, and 2 mg melatonin per two-capsule serving. A 30-night supply.
Restorative Sleep Complex uses gelatin capsules and contains brown rice flour. Stress Balance uses pullulan capsules.
Take one (1) capsule twice a day with an 8 oz glass of water, 20–30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Follow the directions and warnings on your bottle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take two (2) capsules 30–60 minutes before bedtime with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Follow the directions and warnings on your bottle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Drowsiness, including the next day, is possible.
Not recommended during pregnancy or while nursing.
